Madonna delle Nevi is an Istrian stone house set in untouched nature of a small village in the north of Istria.

From the swimming pool there is a stunning view of the green landscape and the surrounding hills. The villa was built in 1918 and completely renovated in 2020. The surrounding area is known for excellent wine growers, excellent traditional taverns and extremely beautiful nature. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a natural climbing wall and 3 km further a unique waterfall with lake. On a large property the guests have a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue and dining table, children's playground and parking for several cars at their disposal.



Madonna delle Nevi has a living area of 100 sqm and is for 4 guests. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. An air conditioner for the first floor is in the hall. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
