Villa Cali is a fully equipped luxury home with all the facilities you will need on your holidays. The Villa has four elegant bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The spacious Master and VIP bedrooms have their own private balconies. Comfortable living room is perfectly aligned with a carefully furnished kitchen able to host 8+2 people. The private parking area is surrounded by a spacious garden with a 100m2 of sundeck space next to the heated swimming pool, overlooking the Paranzana bicycle trail, located just 200 meters away from the Villa.

While the picturesque region of Istria offers outstanding diversity, this cosy Istrian country villa provides all kind of views of your dreams to enjoy the area in its fullest. The story about the unforgettable views from the Villa Cali starts with the historic town of Motovun. Cali is also overlooking the entirety of the Mirna river valley with village Livade, known as the truffle capital of Istria. To add an additional touch to the whole experience, you will even see the Adriatic Sea from your Villa! Situated in the village of Kaligarići near Oprtalj, this is a perfect starting point to explore Istria and beyond. The Roman Amphitheater in Pula is one of many attractions that can be easily reached within one hour of driving. Plenty of historical sites and museums can be found in Poreč, Rovinj, and other places throughout the region. Villa Cali is surrounded by some of the best vineyards and vineries, topped only by unique truffle hunting experiences in the Motovun forest. Along with wine tasting, local cuisine, biking, and yacht cruises from Rovinj and Novigrad, these are some of our inside tips and our guests' preferred experiences.

A WALKTHROUGH:
Left from the main gate there are two covered parking lots, additional parking for two more cars is possible inside the property.
Main entrance is from the north side, entering into a reception area with a guest bathroom, followed by the entrance to the living room area, dining and kitchen. Two separate suites are located on the ground floor, with king size beds, SAT TV, tea and coffee facilities and direct access to the terrace and porch area, and the villa private lawn. In the dining room, there is an entertainment center, gaming area, open fireplace and multiple exits to the porch and summer kitchen with an open fireplace and cooking facilities and seating for 8 people.
From the main entrance is a staircase that leads you to the first floor, to the master bedroom and VIP bedroom. Master bedroom is equipped with bath and walk-in shower,and the VIP room has comfortable walk in shower. Both of the rooms have balconies, Master overlooking the Mirna valley and both with a view of Motovun.
Villa is surrounded with a lawn with olive trees, swimming pool area including 50 sqm of sun deck area and 70 sq m heated pool.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. A terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden are also featured at this villa.
