Stylish villa with swimming pool and garden

Located in the peaceful village of Čepić, this spacious 3-bedroom villa offers a relaxing escape for up to 8 guests. Just 3 km from the town center, and 15 km from the sea and beach, it’s a great base for exploring Istria’s countryside and coast, with Buje only 12 km away. The private pool, garden, and outdoor kitchen make it ideal for sun-soaked holidays.

Inside, the villa features two living rooms, two kitchens, and two bathrooms, plus a cozy fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning throughout. Bedrooms include two doubles and a twin room, while sofa beds offer extra sleeping space. The kitchens are fully equipped with coffee machines, dishwashers, ovens, and even a juicer.

Outdoors, enjoy the fenced garden with barbecue, sun loungers, trampoline, table tennis, and play equipment. There’s private parking, free WiFi, and a seasonal pool (open May–September). A fun-filled and family-friendly retreat in the heart of Istria.
