On the ground floor is a spacious living area with panoramic windows, comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with direct access to the large covered terrace with outdoor dining and lounge area - a perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon bite in the sun or a glass of wine. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The first floor comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms includes a cleverly integrated shower, two sinks, and a toilet. Both bedrooms have access to a shared balcony, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Additionally, the second bedroom has its own private balcony. On the top floor there are two bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning and two bathrooms with shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi available free of charge. Private parking on the property. Infinity pool (12 x 4 m) with sun terrace, comfortable sun loungers and unique views. The pool can be heated in May, June and September, on request. Please indicate at the time of booking whether you want a heated pool or let the landlord know timely before arrival. The pool is not heated in July and August. For those who want to stay active on vacation – the small outdoor fitness area invites you to exercise in the open air.
