Wake each morning to unobstructed lake views that can be enjoyed from nearly every angle, whether you're relaxing inside or taking in the scenery from the expansive outdoor spaces. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink internet, and a comfortable living room designed to showcase the spectacular waterfront setting. A second living area in the basement includes a bar and a spacious bunk room, making Camp 16 an ideal destination for families and groups.

Outside, Camp 16 truly shines. The beautifully landscaped lawn leads to a sandy waterfront with easy walk-in access to the lake, a private deep-water dock, and a mooring for your boat. Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Queen, Second Bedroom Queen, Third Bedroom Master Queen (attached bathroom), Fourth Bedroom Lower Level with Three Twin Bunk Bed Sets (6 Twins Total). Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Location: On the western shore of Cupsuptic/Mooselookmeguntic Lake. 13 miles to downtown Rangeley, 7 miles to downtown Oquossoc, 21 miles to Saddleback Mountain.
