The building has ground floor 1st and 2nd floor. My family and I lives in the same habitat and specifically on the 1st and 2nd floor above the ground floor that is available for rent.
I give my guests space but am available when needed.

ADDITIONAL RULES

1. In case of request of any visitor for cleaning the room every day, or day by day, or as often he wishes, we can satisfy this request and the charge for it is 3 euro per day.

2. In case of request of any visitor to change towel and bed linen every day, or day by day,or as often he wishes, we can satisfy this request and the charge for it is 3 euro per day.

3.Breakfast do not serve but all the necessary materials are provided in the guest's apartment so that he/she can make his/her own breakfast using all the kitchen appliances and equipment. In case of request of any visitor for breakfast.The host supply the apartment with the following materials required for breakfast (French coffee, Nescafe classic, Nescafe decaffeinate, Tea, Chamomile, Chocolate powder, Sugar, Milk, Juice, Handmade bread, Toast bread, Cereals, Cheeses, Cold cuts, Honey,butter, Jams, Eggs and Fruits.
The cost per day and per person is 3 euros.

4. If any visitor wishes to be transfer from the accommodation to Macedonia airport in Thessaloniki and vice versa with our car, the cost of this service will be EUR 15/route.

UPON ARRIVAL PLEASE INFORM THE HOST-ADMINISTRATOR, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE ANY OF THE MENTIONED ABOVE 4 SERVICES OF THE APARTMENT .
