The private bathroom has a single sink and a tub-shower unit. The kitchen features new cabinets, countertops, refrigerator, stove with a flat top range, and a dishwasher. It is fully equipped and has everything a person would need to prepare meals. At the breakfast bar are two backless stools, and close by is a dark wood table with six matching chairs. The living room is a great spot to host a movie or sports night, due to the recent addition of a 40-inch flat screen television. A matching couch and love seat along with an armchair are a pleasant neutral color. There is also a pair of end tables and a coffee table, and a cream wood storage console for the television and DVD player.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
