The location, grounds, view and proximity to the beach were excellent. We were, however, very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the condo. The floors left your feet black from the first day, the vents in the bathroom are filthy, and the closet with the beach toys needs a thorough cleaning and sorting. We eventually found the iron after another one was brought over so both are in the laundry room now. The condo is beautiful, but again, everyone in our party was surprised at the dirt.

Fall break with friends. None of us had considered Alabama as a vacation destination… but this property, the beach, and local area have changed our minds. The property was awesome! Parking, check in, condo, pools, (lazy river!) and white soft sand were great. The waves, water temperature, and weather were perfect for the end of September! No issues with seaweed or rocky sand either. As far as the condo, 2121, we were so impressed with the balcony! I mean, absolutely gorgeous views. We were on the west side facing the sunset each night. You could hear the waves crashing from up there! It was so spacious that all 9 of us could comfortably be out there together. We would have pre-booked for next year- however, the 4th bedroom had a full size bed. If it was a queen or king we would not hesitate. The place had everything! A huge pantry/kitchen fully loaded. This condos furnishing aren’t as fancy as others we considered, but with 3 kids we felt way more comfortable in a place like this. Also, in the hall closet there’s tons of beach toys and boogie boards. Cons: And we’re being nitpicky…. Slow dryer (2-3 rounds til dry) 4th bedroom bed too small/uncomfortable) Blinds in living room broken (not a big deal) Broken rocking chair on deck.

Wonderful Family Time

We could have not picked a more perfect place to gather as a family! 2101 was an incredible experience! We all felt right @ home to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday! Stunning views, amazing sunsets, and a beautifully decorated condo to call home for 3 nights made for the perfect getaway! We are looking forward to returning! Incredible Experience

Pictures did not do the rental justice. Everything was beautiful. Loved the layout and we had plenty of space for four couples. Everything worked as needed. Dishwasher was a little difficult to get cycle started but eventually got it working. Loved the lazy river, indoor pool and hot tubs. Did not make it to the outside pool but it looked very nice. The path to the beach was laid out well.

Wonderful family get away!

Loved our time with you! A highlight was Great Grandmother getting to spend time with her great grandchildren. So fun! We had fun at the beach and the lazy river and slide were the best ever according to our littles! Sunset happy hour on the balcony was the best. The views are simply stunning. The furniture on the balcony was plentiful, but the table is unsafe and the tiles are falling off. It is also incredibly unbalanced so you can't even put a drink on it without falling off. I would recommend replacing it as it takes away from the wonderful unit.

The location is great, the pool area is great (the lazy river was a great hit with the kids), very few treadmills that work in the workout room, the elevators are full throughout the day - need more for such a large complex and there was mold in the master bath (shower ceiling and toilet area ceiling). the porch furniture was very worn and some unusable.
