This 6th floor unit is tile throughout and is nicely decorated featuring a sofa sleeper and reclining chair in the living room. Your are sure to enjoy the newly installed master bath walk in shower. There are flat screen TV's in the living room, beach side master bedroom as well as both guest bedrooms. You will enjoy the amazing view from the gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Upon arrival, both elevators were out of service, which required us to carry our luggage up six flights of stairs.The online photos do not accurately represent the condo. The entertainment center and dining table are different from what is shown, and the balcony is noticeably smaller than it appears in the listing.The bed in the master bedroom was particularly uncomfortable. The mattress is very thin with exposed coils, making it difficult to sleep. We ended up purchasing a mattress topper to improve comfort during our stay.Additionally, the Wi‑Fi connection was unreliable and not strong enough to stream services such as Netflix.That said, the location was excellent—right on the beach, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and conveniently located directly across from Walmart. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the unit would greatly benefit from an updated mattress, improved Wi‑Fi, and more accurate photos in the listing.

Great location with beautiful scenery

The pictures of the balcony are a bit deceiving considering it is not a wrap around, but does offer beautiful views. The dryer had limited use and a load would have to be ran 2-3 time before items were dry. It was respectably clean and all the personnel with the management company and workers were very friendly.

Water issues for the second year in a row!

Last year we stayed at SunSwept and got flooded out of our first floor room and they moved us to another room that same night. This year a pipe sprung a leak and we had to stay in our room with fans blowing and we had no water until the plumber came to fix the pipe. We did move the next day to a new room and we were told the room would be ready for us to move into at 5 and it was not ready. So two nights of our trip were ruined due to the water issue. We did get a refund of two nights and they let us stay an extra night in the new room but we will not be giving Sunswept a third chance next year. If we return to Orange Beach we will stay elsewhere. We love the area and the beach but some other facility will be getting our business in the future.

October vacation

The room had issues. Dishwasher leaked, dryer wouldnt dry clothes and bathtub drain was clogged. Other than the the view was spectacular from our room and the rooms were nice enough. We enjoyed our stay.

Construction condo

Too much smoking

Inspite a few no smoking signs, some folks "enjoyed" their smoking in the public places (corridors, balconies, pool, beach), endangering the public by subjecting it to second-hand smoking. Might be, assign an official smoking place at the parking lot closer to road, if the smokers ignore others' right and needs for peacefull enjoyment.

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, easy and quick access to beach and other activities.

The only downside to the rental was the one bathroom.. you had to step up to use the toilet and step down to get on the shower! That would be the only complaint we had. We loved the location and the view.

Wonderful property close to everything!

I came down early July 2021 with my husband, our two teenagers, my mom and brother. We stayed for 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo was very nice and reflected the pictures in the posting. The beach access was nice and the pool on the property was very big! There was always plenty of parking in the parking lot! The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend staying here!

Best vacation to date!

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this beautiful property! Quiet, clean, and very close to everything you could need on your trip! The beautiful unobstructed view was absolutely breathtaking. In reference to the previous comments about the step up in the master bathroom, it is slightly awkward, but completely needed to accommodate the deep spa tub. However we wish the jets actually worked in the tub. The internet was spotty while we were there and we were unable to use it at all the last two days we were there but it was likely that we just needed to ask them to reset the router to fix it, we just didn’t bother because we were busy enough to not really need it. The air conditioner was loud when it would kick on in the back king bed bedroom so if you have a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend them sleeping in that room, overall this trip was well worth the price we paid and we plan on coming back over and over again.
