As you step inside, you'll be greeted by upscale tile floors, tasteful decor, and a wealth of recent updates made in 2021. You'll be surrounded by new furnishings (including the queen-size sofabed, love seat, lamps, wall art, TV cabinet, and rug) that beckon you to stretch out and relax. Access to the oversize balcony is yours from both the primary bedroom and the living area, offering new outdoor lounge chairs, a new high-top dining set for four, and a new patio end table.

King-size beds are provided in both bedrooms, with the sleeper sofa rounding out the total accommodations to six people. Your primary suite includes a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, while a wet bar is on hand in the living area. Rediscover your passion for the coast in this amazing spot!

The view was amazing. The place was pretty clean. Balcony was fine, wish the fan on the left had moved more. Grateful for the fans on the balcony. I had trouble getting in. The lock was unusual and we didn’t know how to work it. Called the office and they were finally able to explain. The bathroom in the second room had a showerhead, but no way to direct the water to it. I’m larger and older. I can’t use just a tub. There was a musty, mildew smell in that room. I would check the bath. The main bedroom was where I had to shower. Family member said it was ok. I really could have used some directions about using the room and how to leave it. We did the dishes and washed some of the towels. We received a little more information fifteen minutes before we left to go home. Really not much on expectations. The place we rented last year gave us a great explanation of what needed to be done. Our stay was not bad but we don’t want to stay in this condo again. Beds wer uncomfortable. But we will stay at Regency again.
Morning we left and a surprise rainbow.

Property very dated and in need of deep cleaning. Pool water cloudy (could not see bottom of pool). Guest BR lamp switch not working. Mold in Master Bath shower.Communication with Vacasa poor. Did not receive email with code to get in unit and had to waste my time tracking them down to get code. Rental fee too much for this level of service.

Close proximity to the beach. On-site has grills next to the pool. Spacious balcony. Room was a bit dusty, furniture and style definitely outdated. Mattress in master bedroom is very uncomfortable. Only given 4 large bath towels for a room made for 6 people, for a week. Nice property but this specific room needs an little attention.

Wonderful place to end the year and bring in a new one

Absolutely wonderful place to stay...beautiful views, great condo, and perfect location if you enjoy the quiet. We enjoyed every moment of our 10 days here! My favorite part? The HUGE balcony with the mesmerizing views no matter the weather! My only issue was the dryer...which with so many pros of the place is hard to complain about...but it would take several cycles to actually get your clothes dry. We like to have laundry caught up for our return home and it was a longer process than intended. Other than that...PERFECT place to stay and we plan to return soon!

Relax and Refresh

A friend and I spent 4 glorious days in this unit and it was everything we hoped it would be. The location is right on the beach. Each morning we sat on the deck and watched dolphins. The pool was a nice retreat when we were tried of being on the beach. Great location!

very nice condo. location is very good. we had trouble getting the television in the living room to work. could only get two stations. young man came and helped with that but still had problems with it after he left. the televisions in the bedrooms worked fine. overall, everything was good. would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem

Our go to for all beach vacations is Regency Isle. While it doesn’t have the flashy amenities of some of the newer condos, the simplicity and smaller size makes the entire beach experience much more enjoyable. You’ll never wait more than a few minutes for an elevator and everything you need is here. It is unfortunate this condo is only being booked by another vendor now though and not VRBO, making the communication progress not 5 star. This has also driven up the price of this unit.
