Enjoy the quiet comfort of a smaller condo complex with beautiful shady verandas, grilling area with 3 grills and picnic area. Easy beach access with Cotton Bayou Beach Park located directly across the street with pedestrian safe crosswalk. Two piers to access the beach with a bath house, outside showers, umbrella and beach chair rental and life guards on duty during the busy summer months. Enjoy the state park bike and walking trail that starts directly behind the complex. Ride your bike through Gulf State Park. Cotton Bayou Public Boat ramp is directly behind our complex to launch your boat or have a rental boat delivered for your days in the sun. Inside, guests will find a king bed in a spacious master bedroom and a queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Living room with a sofa bed for extra comfort. Two bathrooms offer refreshing showers and convenient hair dryers. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or getting ready for a night out, this enjoyable condo provides everything you need. It’s a phenomenal spot to unwind and make lasting memories.
