For boats 27 ft+, jet skis, or 40’–50’ slips, additional marina slips may be rented directly through the Phoenix On The Bay front desk (subject to availability and HOA pricing).

We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
