This is a nice off beach value option. Large place, close to the beach. Property itself is very utilitarian with a lot of parking and pavement, smaller basic pool in middle of parking lot. Don't stay here for the property vibe. With that said, good value option close to the beach and restaurants.

Short walk to beach, a few restaurants within walking distance, grocery stores about 2 miles down the road with a few souvenir stores. Master bed sinks in the middle and is close to dresser so you end up wacking your leg on the top corner of footboard. There was no blender. There were a couple of beach chairs in closet. View is parking lot of restaurant but still peaceful. There are alligators in the pond area you can watch from pavilion. Some people were fishing and cought fish in pond as well. Condo is on end of building on second floor at staircase. They do have elevator and a place to wash sand off your feet by it and at pool. Grills are located in pool area. Overall was a quite place. You access beach to the right of the condo at red light. Rouses grocery store is great.
