clean plenty of space and plenty of beds. first floor just walk out the back door and walk out to the beach. dont have to walk up and down stairs or use elevators. my wife and kids loved it.

This property is a literal hidden gem! Being on the ground level was absolutely perfect! The property was clean, well kept. The kids kept saying mom can we live here! Haha. Close to all the stores. We cpuldnt have picked a better place! Ms. Melissa is the sweetest, caring host! Checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect and it was!

Nice place for family with littles,but the walk to the beach is long from the condo and there is no view of the beach from the balcony. The beach wasn't crowded and watching the boats come and go in the morning and evening was fun to see. If you are looking for close proximity to getting on and off of the beach with no stairs or elevators, this place is for you.

Loved the first floor!

We absolutely loved staying in the condo. Bottom floor and walked straight out the back to the beach. We only used the front door to load stuff in and load stuff out. Beds were comfy.

It was lovely to walk out the back door and be on the beach in a couple of minutes. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer with two kids who were beach lovers was great. Location out is close to whale watching tours, fishing, dining and more.

Summer vacation

We loved this property. Location is perfect at the end of the beach. Condo is small so not many people and all of the people we did meet there were super friendly. Pool is kind of small BUT it was NEVER crowded. Usually only 1 or 2 couples/families at a time. We will definitely stay here again.

Deceptively advertised as convenient walk out back door to beach access & dirty, low standard rental

Issues were NOT worth hassle of reaching out to the host given short length of stay (<72 hours). Issues WERE things that need to be addressed. This host will probably only be willing to fix so much if the overall standard of the unit is lacking, therefore consider my review completely subjective. Per the hosts’ prior review responses, this is not one of her luxury properties so given the lack of consideration for guests’ experiences, my review is strictly for anyone booking who may take issue with the same things that I did once they get in there.
