A beautiful spacious condo in Orange Beach for the whole family to vacation. 3 bedroom, 2 bath located on the beach for family fun in the sun!
Adults can enjoy the indoor pool or Jacuzzi if you just want to relax. There is also an outdoor pool with wading pool area for children. Here you can either enjoy the beach or hang around the pool! There is plenty of activities close by and easy to get to such as putt putt golf, arcade, restaurants, and shopping. We hope you choose our condo for your next vacation destination!
Romar Place requires Armbands for all members of your party and are distributed at checkin. On departure, ALL armbands are to be returned to the front office. There is a box to place them in if no one is available.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Empty both bathroom wastepaper baskets 2 Close all curtains and set thermostat to 74 degrees 3. Lock entrance door as you leave and check to make sure it is locked
4. Bring kitchen garbage to trash bin outside condo by stairwell as you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect and better than the description of the property posted online. Very responsive hosts and I feel they were truly invested in our vacation and wanted us to enjoy our stay, which we did! This unit was incredible with the best views both morning and night. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfectly located on the beach and close to the Hugh Branyon Backcountry Trail. We experienced the once in a generation 7.5 inch snowfall! All went smoothly and our hosts were responsive and friendly. We liked staying in a smaller building and enjoyed the hot tub in the pool area.

Orange Beach get away

Our family had a wonderful experience at this delightful and spacious condo. It had a great view and easy access to everything we needed. It was a comfortable space. Just make sure to let the owners know if you are wanting to use the beach equipment before you go so they can make sure it is available. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely go back!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Romar Place. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and rhen some. We really liked the size of the building. We never had to wait on elevators and the beach wasn't over crowded.

Great Location and Beach

We had a great time staying in OB! I loved the decorations of the condo and the 3 different entry points to the balcony. Waking up to the sounds of the beach is so peaceful. As a family of 5 we had plenty of space to roam around while there. Parking is $36 and you pay when you get there. I suggest buying extra toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels and dishwasher tablets. You will want to buy or bring laundry soap or pods if you plan on doing laundry. Vickie was great to communicate with. We would stay again :)

Month stay

We stayed for 30 days, enjoyed it. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed hot tub almost every day. We brought our own keurig. Master bed was pretty hard. We brought our 2 in foam and put on king bed. Slept great. The queen and twin beds were very comfy. Would come again. Thanks.
