Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. Stay in our Premium unit and pay less than the select price!!!



Come relax on the 4th floor balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We have a king size bed in the master with balcony access and we have two full sized beds in the guest bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS AT PHOENIX VI, INCLUDING ANOTHER 2 OTHER UNITs ON THIS 4TH FLOOR!!!!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Clean unit, convenient to the beach. Lots to do for kids at Phoenix VI. Easy access in and out of unit. We didn’t cook , but the kitchen well stocked and great view of beach.! Will definitely stay here again.

This property was a great place to stay for a beach vacation! The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The balcony was great. We enjoyed using boogie boards and pool toys from the outdoor closet. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient. We also appreciated the amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, workout room and hot tubs. Great location near shops and restaurants too!

My stay was amazing and would highly recommend to everyone that is coming to Orange Beach. The condo was very clean and was very well stocked with everything you would need to cook and prepare bills. It was great have access to both the beach and pool, staff was very friendly especially the security staff.

Only complaint was dirty / filthy floors

I stayed at this condo 2 years ago and it has been completely updated since then. Very nice! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back. The only complaint we had was the floors were very dirty! Our feet were completely black when walking barefoot on them. I spoke to the management and they had someone come clean the floors within a few hours.😉 Aside from that everything was great

Perfect family weekend getaway

The experience of renting through VBRO was the easiest I have done. Check in was hassle free and property was as described. I always look for accommodations that have good quality photos of the kitchen. My oldest daughter is celiac and so vacations for us do not include eating out. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the kitchen. The view was amazing and we will be back. The only thing I would like to see added is a cutting board in the kitchen. No complaints!

Heat place

Condo was great and had everything we needed. I unfortunately didn't see the broom or vacuum until we were leaving (in the guest room closet). I would have loved to sweep up the sand. If you are tall the shower is low, we are not so it was fine for us. The condo above us was either remodeling or the people in it moved furniture and ran around all hours of the day and night. That was my only complaint a lot of noise from the condo above us. We will definitely be back. It was our first trip to Orange beach. We did a fishing trip with Zeke's marina and it is right across the street. It was very nice since we left at 0630. We will definitely be back to Phoenix VI 6404.
