However, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the beach chairs. As you mentioned, the beach chairs are often provided by third-party vendors and not owned by the hotel, which can lead to additional charges. Best Western Premier The Tides offers its guests an outdoor pool, Access to hot tub, and a fitness centre. Along with a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. A 24-hour business centre and a meeting room are available. A terrace, vending machine, and gift shops/news stands are also featured at the eco-certified Best Western Premier The Tides. For a fee, parking is available. A complete renovation of Best Western Premier The Tides was completed in May 2021. This 3-star Orange Beach hotel is smoke free.
