Unit 6A is conveniently situated just steps away from the pool and boat launch. This charming condo provides a cozy getaway close to the beach for up to six guests. Cotton Bayou offers a range of amenities, including first-come, first-serve boat slips, a boat launch, fishing pier, tennis courts, BBQ area, and covered parking for 2 vehicles. Boaters can easily reach Robinson Island, various popular waterfront restaurants, and the Gulf in about 10 minutes from this location.

The Cotton Bayou State Park beach access point is less than half a mile from the condo.

Please note that the boat slips are on a first-come-first-served basis, and proof of insurance must be submitted. The complex will charge $105 for a seven-day pass. Guests may bring a 25-foot boat (maximum length). You must pay for a full week regardless of stay length. Proof of Insurance required and waiver must be signed. Trailers must be parked under the covered assigned parking.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
