Week at the Beach!

I normally do not leave many reviews, but this condo exceeded my expectations in every way! I was concerned not going directly through Brett Robinson’s group, but check-in, communication, everything was 5 star! The condo was perfect, updated, very well stocked with nice kitchen items, but most importantly, the bed was super comfortable & the bed linens were extra nice (not sand paper the last time I stayed at a Phoenix condo). I will definitely book this unit again! Oh, there were no elevator issues other than maybe a 5 minute wait! Phoenix VII was great!

Best friends get away

The condo was super clean and the furniture and layout were amazing. I was over the top impressed with decor. The bedding was super soft and high quality. Very family friendly. No parking or elevator issues. We had a complication with family friend passing and possibly not being able to come. Justin, the host, was very patient in helping us work this out. Hope we can return next year.
