Welcome to Romar Place 903! This stunning three-bedroom condo offers breathtaking views from the moment you step inside, with a large private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The open-concept living area features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials, including pots, pans, and utensils. The dining space includes a round table that seats six comfortably, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. Relax in the living room, complete with a flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa, and cozy swivel chairs—perfect for unwinding after a day on the beach. For added convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

The main bedroom boasts a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. Its ensuite bathroom features a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the second bathroom also includes a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests with two twin beds. Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach on the beach, within walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Cafe, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. Romar Place is located a short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips

No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.
The complex DOES require parking passes and wristbands. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to purchase your parking registration at the front office onsite at Romar Place immediately upon arrival. Wristbands - yellow- these are for all guests ages 13 & above. Red wristbands - these are for all guests 12 & under and will be distributed upon arrival- registration and asked to be returned upon departure. There will be a drop off stand in the lobby for returns. If someone loses their bracelet they can come to the office and purchase another one for $10.00 (debit or credit only). The bracelets are rubber and can fit on the wrist or ankle. The bracelets must be worn at all times while on the premises. Failure in wearing the bracelet will prohibit anyone from using the common amenities.

This condo offers its guests a water park, a hot tub, and a sauna. A fitness center, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities are also featured at this condo.
