Adult family vaca

Great property and great location within quick access to restaurants and entertainment. Our unit was comfortable and clean. Great ocean view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Furniture was a bit dated and showed signs of wear. Would be nice if the unit would furnish basic cleaning supplies so that the renters would not have to shop for these items then end up throwing out the unused product upon checkout. The property needs to update the poolside furniture and provide more seating. These are just some continuous improvement suggestions. But overall - great property, great unit, great time.

Orange beach getaway

We stayed for 4 nights, the first night our bed broke, but they were able to fix it the next day. Everything was as listed, the view is gorgeous from the balcony and we had a great time! The only other issue is the master shower door would always stick. I thought I would break it trying to open it. I had to lift up and push when in the shower. Hopefully they can address that issue. Other than that I would recommend this property.

Great location and value

This condo was spacious and great for our family of 7. It was clean and overall comfortable. Things to know…all that’s provided toiletry-wise is one hotel size soap/shampoo per bathroom. Same with minimal towels (you need your own beach towels) and only one big trash bag for the kitchen. I understand it’s a property manager but I think it’s just important to know when packing. There’s a coffee maker and keurig but bring your own. If I’m being picky, I wish they would invest in some better sheets. They were a little cheap but we still slept fine. Overall, it’s a great location, near Gulf Shores, popular restaurants, and tourist spots. It’s a value!

Great Property but excessive cleaning fee

We loved the property—the roominess made for a much better experience. A $300 cleaning fee is excessive, especially when there was still sand on the floor when we checked in and we had to do some of the cleaning before we checked out. The property itself was excellent!
