Welcome to our home away from home, close to everything and anything Orange Beach has to offer. We have sought to equip our condo to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. Breathtaking views and amazing sunsets from this beautiful unit located on the third floor at Phoenix VI. Go between the pool and the beach, enjoy pickle ball or cook dinner for friends and family on one of the many grills provided.

Our condo is fully stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Large flatscreen television in living room, queen-sized sofa sleeper and plenty of additional seating provided for a total sleeping capacity six.

Dining table with four chairs and three extra seats at the breakfast bar. Kitchen appliances are stainless and new granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms.

Master bedroom offers king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination, beautiful view of the gulf from your bed.

Second bedroom has two full-sized beds, flatscreen television, it's own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination, full sized stackable washer and dryer in condo for your convenience.

Balcony has very comfortable seating for the whole family with gorgeous views. You are sure to enjoy your vacation here.
Parking is a breeze. The private covered parking spot (#47) with easy access to the basement elevators is included in your rental. Additional parking can be purchased separately.

*Please note: Phoenix VI is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.*

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
