The sleeping arrangements in each side by side attached property are tailored for comfort and convenience. On the main level, you’ll find a queen bedroom paired with a full bathroom, conveniently located on the same floor as the kitchen and living room. Upstairs, the layout includes another queen bedroom and a cozy bunk room featuring a full-over-full bunk—perfect for kids or friends traveling together. These two bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom. Just beyond this area, an alcove with two twin beds leads into the luxurious master bedroom, complete with its own ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and relaxation.



Outside, the property transforms into a waterfront paradise. The backyard boasts two 50-foot boat slips, a serene gazebo overlooking the canal, and a pool that can be heated for an additional fee, weather permitting (heating available as long as temperatures don’t drop below 40 degrees at night).
