Just an easy stroll from the white sand beaches and sparkling Gulf waters, this 3,300 sq ft custom-built brick home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience for families and groups of up to 12 guests.
Designed with bright coastal style and magazine-worthy décor, Turquoise Tide features an open-concept layout ideal for gathering together. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, open shelving, designer lighting, and a signature turquoise island with seating. The adjacent adorable dining area seats 8–10, and the inviting living room offers new comfortable seating, custom drapes, Smart TV, and a collection of games, books, toys, and puzzles for family fun.
The first-floor primary suite provides a private retreat with a king bed, luxury bedding, Smart TV, and a spa-inspired bath featuring a clawfoot tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. Also on the main level: a convenient half bath and full laundry room stocked with beach & pool towels available for your convenience.
Upstairs, guests will find four additional bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queens), each with high-quality mattresses, luxury linens, and Smart TVs in each room. A built-in hallway bunk bed adds extra charm and sleeping space. One Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects two bedrooms, while another full bath connects to the upstairs king room with additional hall access. A peaceful sunroom offers a relaxing space with a peek of the beautiful Turquoise gulf waters.

Our family had a great time staying in Turquoise Tide. It is in a great central location, close to shops & restaurants, but the neighborhood is also quiet & peaceful (the best of both worlds). We would definitely stay there again!

Thanksgiving Beach Getaway

Wonderful home for a beach family reunion over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very relaxing and comfortable, plenty of room for 12 people, close access to stores/shopping, and so easy to go the beach. The home has unending beach towels, tons of bikes and beach gear, and tons of space.
