Wake up to sweeping Gulf views in the premiere condo complex in Orange Beach: Phoenix! Our direct beachfront condo is in the heart of Orange Beach. This newly updated, well-appointed unit features a private balcony overlooking sugar-white sand, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer—perfect for weekend escapes or longer stays. Guests enjoy full access to Phoenix III’s resort-style amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, fitness center, sauna, and direct private boardwalk access to the beach. Ideal for families, couples, and snowbirds looking for a classic Orange Beach beachfront experience.

This unit has long been a guest favorite in Orange Beach. It's undergoing an owner change. The new owner has vast experience hosting in the area and a 4.96/5 rating. I'm available 24/7 to ensure your stay goes great!

We are sticklers for clean and employ the top cleaner in Orange Beach. In your fee comes a starter set with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, hand, dish, dishwasher, and washing machine soap. Our goal is to ensure you don't have to run to the store right when you arrive!

All linens are professionally laundered and ample towels will be provided. We do ask guests bring their own beach towels.

A $60 parking fee is assessed by the building upon arrival. It is good for the duration of your stay and includes in and out privileges. We have no control over this fee.

Very clean unit! The balcony view was beautiful! Nice outdoor pool full size and kiddy, the indoor hot tubs chlorine level was way too high, but owner can’t control that. The grinds are nice security patrols so it feels really safe plus it’s gated for entry. Everyone was pleasant the unit was fantastic I can’t say enough how clean it was and the furnishings are very nice. The beach equipment is top level and made it so easy. Restaurants right across the street and a DG and Walmart close too. We traveled with 4 kids ranging in ages 6-14 and we will definitely come again. The owner Pat was so easy to work with and responsive. Highly recommend!

Condo was as described, nicely appointed and decorated. Furniture was comfortable. View was beautiful, of course! I did find a couple of fake nails throughout the condo but overall it was very clean.The property itself was fine. Parking was never an issue (open lot). The beach was clean. The pool area inside was small, but again clean and nice. Great communication with the owner. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

This property was so wonderful! The ocean view deck has great seating. It was such a great place. I would return again. The host was very helpful and checked in with us. We had 2 teenagers and there was plenty of room and things to do at the property.

Nicely decorated and clean! The dryer wasn’t working properly and the balcony door was messed up. LOVE the view and layout!!! It had extras like shampoo, trash bags, dish soap, etc. which saved us a trip to the store. Great Host!

This is a nice condo in a great location in Orange Beach. It's close to shopping and dining and convenient to get to. You can avoid Gulf Shores getting here. It also is great that it's on the third floor since it's not too high and not too low. I have to say it's got one of the most confortable mattresses in the main bedroom i've ever seen in a condo. Both bedrooms and the living room have nice big tvs so everyone can watch what they want. The only downside is this is an older tower. There are renovations in progress so there is some noise during the day. However, this location remains one our favorites.

Made a quick trip to help my sister find an apartment in Gulf Shores. Host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in a couple hours early. The condo has the best view of the beach. Really enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning! Very comfortable place to stay. Would definitely book again!
