Go directly to the your condo with an updated keyless entry. Our guests enjoy the keyless door entry as there are no keys to mess with. We know you have choices on properties to rent and we keep this condo in excellent condition with an attention to detail/updates. You will not have any surprises when you rent our condo!

This direct Gulf front condo is high enough for great sweeping views without the loud beach and pool noises.

This two bedroom, two bath condominium has updated tile throughout with freshly painted walls, granite, new linens, and furnished with brand new furniture. It has magnificent direct gulf front views (beach and pool) from the balcony and sleeps 6 with a (very comfortable) king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a convertible queen size sleeper sofa.

The condo is equipped with many necessities for your fabulous vacation. Linens are provided for all of the beds and adequate towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. You will also find many useful kitchen utensils along with pots and pans for cooking.

Also worth noting is that Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-condominium buildings. Tradewinds is about one-half mile from a shopping center which includes a 'Winn Dixie' grocery store as well as numerous other shops (Dollar General Store and Walmart), restaurants, and an emergency medical center.

Tradewinds is approximately five miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. This area hosts numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, family entertainment (small amusement park, water park, etc.). The 'Wharf' is also less than 3 miles away from the condo.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Gulf State Park. An indoor pool and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

It was the perfect spot for me and my wife’s need of an ultimate relaxing beach vacation. Six straight days of viewing the Gulf and hearing the sounds of the water removing all of our internal stress. That happened from the balcony and the beach itself. The weather was awesome. Beautiful views and great location...close to everything you want or need! The only thing that marred our visit was mold on the air vent on the ceiling in the 2nd bathroom and the glasses in the kitchen cabinet were not clean (smudges and lipstick stains). Overall our experience was very positive.

A Week at Tradewinds

The description of this property matched perfectly to our visit. We had a family of 5 staying at the property and had more than enough room. The view of the beach makes this property a place we will visit again next year. Wow! The beach was just an elevator ride down and a 1 minute walk. We had a blast building sand castles and boogie boarding all week. We will definitely be back!
