for six people. The remodeled living space with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico is bright and
charming featuring a new sleeper sofa with ample seating in additional loungy armchairs. The primary
bedroom with views of the gulf offers a king bed with plush linens and en suite full bathroom. Two full
beds outfitted with fun and stylish bedding are featured in the spacious second bedroom, with close
access to the hallway full bathroom. An in-unit washer/dryer is located in the hallway as well. Smart TVs
are located in the living room and both bedrooms. The balcony offers breathtaking direct gulf-front
views, seven floors above the flawlessly landscaped swimming pool deck. Sunswept is situated directly
on the white sugar sand beach adjacent to the welcoming emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
This updated and remodeled Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama and just
five miles west of the Florida border and the world-famous Flora-Bama. Directly across the street from
Sunswept #702 and within easy walking distance, you will find modern shopping facilities such as Rouses
Market, Walmart, restaurants and more. Within a 10-15 minute beachside walk east, you will find the
recently opened CoastAL beachside restaurant complex for great food, live music, and incredible
