You may park 2 vehicles. You must go to the Phoenix front desk to purchase parking passes. The current rate is $60.The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowners' Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on the property.
All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.

This condo offers its guests a water park, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. A fitness center, a sauna, and barbecue grills are also featured at this condo.
