What an amazing property and location for our family vacation. House was perfect - each bedroom had access to its own bathroom. Second floor patios were quiet and had excellent views. Ocean was only steps away from the home with beautiful white sand. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool. Kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook for a large family. It was perfect! Location was perfect - close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Very easy check in and check out. Just wonderful!

Family stay at Paradise Found

Booking, checking in, the stay and check out were all very smooth at Paradise Found with Kaiser Rentals. The layout of the home was perfect for our large group of 20. The bedroom, bed and bathroom configuration allowed everyone to have the space and privacy needed. The location, view and access to the beach is second to none! We did have some minor issues with the home during our stay. Specifically, the pool became very cloudy and we observed cockroaches in the house in a few different locations. In both cases the management company was very responsive to our reports and took timely reasonable action. Both items were reported on Sunday during our stay and we were told that the necessary companies would be out on Monday. The pool tech. definitely showed up and fixed the issue (cup in skimmer), not sure about the exterminator, but either way neither item had a significant negative impact on our stay and management was responsive. A couple other comments, the pool is small, it is more like a large hot tub, but was still nice to hang out in and around. Also, the home is beat up a bit. Not sure if that is just understood with these large rentals, but it is noticeable. Overall, cool house, amazing location and view and a very organized and responsive management company. Would stay at the house again if opportunity presented itself.

Fun Vacation

Several pieces of hardware in the bathrooms had fallen off the wall. Told property manager who said maintenance would show up to fix but they didn’t. We enjoyed the house that had many extra items for our use and the beach and water was beautiful.

It’s rare that a rental house is even nicer than the online photos. This house was absolutely beautiful, had every amenity, equipped with top of the line appliances, stylishly finished, and was very spacious!!! We loved our long weekend stay here!
