Serendipity is part of the Orange Beach Villas-Twin Lakes complex which is a beautifully landscaped Key West inspired village located off Canal Road in Orange Beach.

You're going to love this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home featuring fun and colorful décor throughout. The living room is coastal casual and has a comfortable soft denim fabric sofa which converts to a queen sleeper sofa colorful side chairs and a flat-screen television. The open kitchen is fully equipped and showcases white cabinetry and appliances and the dining area table seats six people. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and a flat-screen television. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms feature flat-screen televisions. Both full guest bathrooms have a tub and shower combination. A full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the house. Enjoy the peaceful wooded scenery from the screened in back patio which features an outdoor table with four chairs.

Orange Beach Villas-Twin Lakes is a wonderful location with many amenities including a stocked fishing pond gazebo swimming pool clubhouse and parking spots right outside your front door. Looking for entertainment and shopping? This villa is located just a mile from The Wharf complex with multiple restaurants a movie theater a 5-story high Ferris wheel upscale shopping marina and amphitheater. Interested in sports? Serendipity is just a quick half mile to the Orange Beach Sports Complex and not far from the Gulf Shores Sports Complex and Foley Sports complex. The Orange Beach Golf Center is a half mile down the road. The Gulf State Park has miles of fabulous hiking and biking trails and is just four miles away. Is the beach calling you? This community is approximately 3 miles from the Cotton Bayou Public Beach with free parking a bathhouse and outdoor shower.

This property is pet friendly for one (1) dog only with a size restriction up to 50 lbs. If applicable the pet fee is $150.00 in addition to the reserved price of the property.

This non-smoking pet-friendly villa rents monthly from November to March 1 and has 2 assigned parking spaces. Minimum age to rent is 25.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the orange beach villas. They are located off the main road enough, so that the area is quiet. It was just what we were looking for, a get away from the snow and ice in Wisconsin for a few weeks. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and furniture/beds were comfortable. They only negative is the community pool is not heated, so we didn’t end up using it much. Very pet friendly place. Lots of restaurants, and shopping close by, and public access to beaches just a short drive.

Spring break 2023

Good location and central to everything, main bedroom bed was good but the other bedroom mattresses could use an update. They slept OK but if you have a sensitive back it maybe be difficult to sleep. The stove in the kitchen was a little wonky and fridge freezer door had to watch out and make sure it would close. , once figure it out it worked fine. We enjoyed the back patio area and living space was great. The pool and area were clean, also nice path around the pond for dog walking. Overall it was a good experience!

Fun in the sun

Loved the proximity to the pool. The house was cute and well set up. Need a new light in kitchen and shower liner in master bath. This one made me fall since it is 4 inches too long. The master bed was wonderful. The twin beds were awful and the full size was uncomfortable mold on front door.
