Colorful charm! Fun tropical art sets the tone in this two-bedroom, two-bath condo. Aloe walls and beige tile greet you in the entry way and lead to the first bedroom. It features two matching double beds with stained wood and wicker headboards, a shared nightstand and a chest of drawers with a TV and VCR. The adjoining bath has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination. The roomy master bedroom has a king bed with tan wicker headboard, two nightstands and a chest of drawers for plenty of storage. There is also a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The master bath features an extended single sink vanity with a bench for seating and a shower/tub combination. The kitchen has granite counter tops, wood cabinets and a stainless-steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. Bring the whole group together for a meal in the dining area with the stained wicker table and four cushioned chairs. Two additional dining chairs are located in the living area and three matching bar stools are in the kitchen. The living area also has a tan sofa and rocking swivel armchair and a wicker reclining chair with blue cushions. Here everyone can enjoy the flat screen TV with DVD player. (5th floor). Host was very welcoming and responsive when contacted. We enjoyed the condo however there were a few issues. The first week the entire complex had internet issues several times each day which kicked off the tv. Parking lot repair took place the last two weeks which we were not informed of prior to stay. The condo needs a good deep cleaning along with rugs cleaned and there are too many Knick Knacks placed in every room (artificial flowers, plants, numerous wall hangings).

We had a great stay for our week in Orange beach.

We love the tennis and pickle ball courts. The beach in front of phoenix 6 is very nice with lots of room to spread out. Overall the condo was perfect for our needs.

Not Clean & Property Needs Updating

During my stay it was noted by myself and my friend that the condo was very dusty. The floors didn't look well swept and the mirrors were smudgy. Also, with the expection of most of the kitchen area (the pantry - expection) the condo needed major updating. There were several things that were old and worn out (i.e. couch in den, lampshade in the master bedroom, and toliet tissue holder in other bathroom - had rust all over it). The fan in the master bedroom bathroom was covered in dust. I don't blame the owner for the cleaning issues because I am sure that he pays for this to be done. Just wanted to make these observations know so that he can make sure that future guests will be able to see that the condo is clean.

The location was perfect! The property met our needs, overall. The onsite washer/dryer was convenient and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities but could use some new non-stick pans and a scrub brush. The guest bathroom shower fixtures need repair and the tub drains slowly. We were able to check in earlg which waa appreciated!

Nice Spring Break for Family

It a nice place, on the beach with a pool for our kids which is what we were after. It's dated and could use an upgrade. The only issue we had was the cleanliness. On the surface everything was clean, but it looked like it hadn't had a deep clean in over ten years. Lots of dust in corners, closets and behind tv's. For a family with allergies, it wasn't ideal.

Room needs updated

Although the room was clean the room very much needs to be updated and several pieces of furniture were worn out. You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig, which is what they did when they tried to paint all the cabinets. Both shower faucets dripped all night. We have stayed in Phoenix VI and Phoenix VII on 3 different occasions and this is by far the worst room we have stayed in. We will be back, just not to this room.
