PARKING- Parking is available for $52 per vehicle per stay. You will have the option to register
and purchase parking passes online in advance of your arrival or at the service desk
when you check-in.

🚤 Boat Slip Available
Bringing a boat? A 40ft boat slip is available for rent (no lift). Rates: $50/day or $300/week.
📩 To reserve the slip, reach out via messaging.
A separate boat slip rental agreement is required, and the slip is booked offline. Guests must register their boat/jet ski at the front desk upon arrival at POB and before using the marina. Guests using a marina slip will be issues a temporary pass which indicates dates the slip will be occupied (arrival and departure) and condo unit # where the guest i staying. Temporary passes are to be affixed to the boat and or jet ski so as to be clearly visible from the pier by Security personnel. Failure to display a temporary pass could result in removal of the boar or jet ski. For boats parked in the boat trailer lot (i.e. not using boat slip), locks will be applied until such fines are paid. $10 per night for trailer parking first come first serve.

✔️ A $300 credit card hold will be placed for incidentals.
