You can start packing now! The bedroom has a tile floor with a king wicker bed with floral bedding. There are two nightstands with lamps, a dresser with a mirror, and a chest of drawers with a TV and VCR. The bath has tile floors and a shower/tub. In the den, tile floors and yellow walls, with a tropical leaf patterned sofa and matching recliner, and an additional chair with an ottoman. The coffee table is metal with a concrete top, with matching end tables topped by lamps. There is an accent chest and an entertainment center with a TV, DVD/VCR combo and a stereo with cassette and CD players. The dining area has white rattan table with a glass top and four chairs. In the kitchen, tile floors, with white cabinets and appliances. This rental also comes with a parking space!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The condo decor could use an update/refresh for sure. The balcony set as well. We just cooked breakfast in so only used the sauté pan, need a new one. The bed was comfortable. The balcony view was great. The gym equipment needs updating too.

Phoenix V Round 2

This is our second time staying at the Phoenix V although both times were in different units due to family size. Both trips and condos had everything we needed to make the stay convenient and relaxing.
