Located on the west side of the building, you will find that this condo has all the comforts of home for you to enjoy during your stay. The private balcony has space for dining by the beach, enjoying the warm breeze and admiring the view of the crystal sands. Inside, the living room has plenty of seating with a sleeper sofa and two armchairs that convert to twin pullouts - all adding additional sleeping space for a total of 6 to rest! The flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access will surely keep you entertained in your downtime. With a counter high bar providing enough room for 2 barstools and a dining area featuring a 4-chair dining table, a total of 6 can dine and enjoy yummy takeout and homecooked meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to fix whatever you would like and topped off with new stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops. Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. In the bedroom, you will find a cozy king bed to retreat to when a day full of excitement comes to an end. * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. You will receive a Registration Email from VRP Access. You must prepurchase your parking pass via this email. You will then pick up your parking pass on property at the front desk upon arrival. The cost is approximately $60 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
