Perched on the top floor, this penthouse unit offers mesmerizing Gulf views from its expansive private balcony, furnished with ample seating to immerse you in the scenic beauty of the ocean.

This unit is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Orange Beach, grocery stores, and is situated near local shopping centers and restaurants. Getting Around:
PARKING:
Two parking passes are included with your reservation. Upon arrival, you will get parking pass from our office which is 4.8 miles from the complex. If coming in town from the Beach Express, it is only one mile “out of the way”. We offer overflow parking at our office for $50/stay.

*This condo is a NON-SMOKING condo even on the balcony.

*AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
