Regency Isle - This 3rd floor condominium features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The building is conveniently located within walking distance to the world famous Flora-bama. There is a large balcony with plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches. Building Amenities include: Outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, children`s pool, and grilling area. The Space: Master Bedroom: King size bed, attached master bath with walk in shower and tub. F

The unit was sparse. Not enough seating in the den. One couch and one chair. Bedding sub par and cheap. Decor was not inviting at all. Kitchen adequate but sparse. Air conditioner worked well. Unit was clean. I Will not stay in this unit again. However, resort property was well maintained and convenient. No trouble booking or arrival issues.

Wonderful Stay

Our first time staying on the 3rd floor. We could see the ocean/beach perfect no problems. Wonderful view and great condo. The pools and steam/sauna were both great.
