Located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix VI in Orange Beach, AL, this spacious 1 Bed | 1 Bath condominium sleeps four with wonderful amenities and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This Phoenix VI condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're BBQing.

This condo features a master bedroom with king size bed, full size bathroom with shower/tub combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and upgraded granite counter tops. The dining area seats 4 at the table with room for 2 more at the bar. The spacious main living area features a sofa sleeper and 2 swivel chairs with a flat screen TV plus a beautiful view of the beach out of the floor to ceiling glass doors. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo.

Generally good. Cleaning of unit could have been better.Floor was dirty under TV with dust & food debris. Entertainment center was dusty.Bathroom light fixture was loose on the wall and only 2 lights out of 3 worked. One would go on & then off. Toilet needed to be updated. Kitchen garbage can was broken, needs to be replaced. One electrical outlet in kitchen was loose to the wall. The view was great. The living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen layout was nice & had a great view of the ocean.

A Last Minute Weekend Getaway

We booked very last minute but the listing was as described. The condo could use a deep clean as dust was located on some surfaces. The sofa and pillows were not the most comfortable, and down feathers kept coming out of them. Other than a little dust and a scratchy sofa, it was a great weekend.

Orange Beach Phoenix VI Condo

Overall, the stay was very good for the price. It's an amazing location and all of the condo staff were great. I'm giving a 4 overall because the couch is in terrible condition! It really needs to be replaced. It's barely usable to sit on because it sinks so badly in the middle. I'm glad we read all the reviews, so it wasn't a shock. We needed the couch for one of us to sleep on and it was horrible. The two arm chairs are old, but still serviceable. Also, all of the pillows are old and stained. Bring your own pillows. And, bring an air mattress if you need more than the bed.

The condo was well furnished. In a great location too with restaurants and shopping nearby. Access to the beach and pool was very convenient and close. The unit needs a new couch (sags down to frame when sat upon) but otherwise it was great!

Nice little getaway spot!

We really enjoyed the condo! Only 2 less-than-stellar points. 2 of the 4 elevators were down for maintenance, it made wait times super slow. Couch was not comfortable at all, and the only reason i did not give 5 stars. Couch

Check in was easy for the email door code. Room was as pictured beautiful view of the beach and the pool . They also had indoor pool and hot tubs that I wasn’t aware of until we got there. My only complaint is they charge 55 dollars to park which wasn’t mentioned until a few days before we left I feel like they should have included that in price or told me before I couldn’t back out

We had a great time at Phoenix VI! Our condo was ready for us when we arrived and the staff was welcoming and informative. The condo was nice but the sofa was pretty worn and cabinets in kitchen and bathroom could have used a wipe down. Even with this, we do plan to return. It was such a nice and relaxing time.

Almost perfect

I went ahead and gave this a 5 star review but the two cleanliness issues that bugged me was the mold on the towel bar inside the shower and crumbs on the sofa bed when we pulled it out. Everything else on the property was clean. So we loved the location of this condo. It was so easy to load our wagon and take our 5 and 3 yo down to the beach daily. The elevator takes you right to the lower level and there is a nice walkway to the beach. The weather was perfect; 70s all week. I loved that there was a bathroom near the pool area, always clean. We ended up adding two extra nights to our stay because we had such a good time! We walked for ice cream one night, there are a couple of parks nearby we would take the boys to after a full day of the beach.

Overall great - but does not sleep 4

Overall this condo was great. It's in a great location, it was clean and well maintained. It has everything we needed in the kitchen and the view was great. However, it is advertised that it sleeps 4, a bedroom and a pull-out couch. My 8 year old couldn't even sleep on the pullout - the springs were digging into him, there is no way an adult could sleep on it.

Nice Condo, great location!

The condo was nice, clean and very plesant to stay in. with tat being said, we only have a few suggestions.. the couch needs upgraded, swags in the middle pretty bad. The frying pans need replaced, the teflon is peeling off badly. (pots were fine) The other thing is an easy fix. There was only 4 towels and 4 washcloths, 1 hand towel, for the 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. There should have been at least 6 or 8 towels and washcloths and 2 hand towels. No one wants to start doing laundry your first day or two when on vacation. Like I said easy fixes, it is a very nice place.

Great place and close to everything!

We are so happy with this stay. The pictures look exactly like the condo. Location is great, we had awesome view of ocean and sunsets . The. I do was clean and looked brand new. Perfect for 2 people, King bed was comfortable. Communication was great with the host. There was a slight issue with the AC and it was fixed the next day since it was a holiday. Quick response time with the questions we had. Would definitely stay there again. We had a great time

Orange Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix VI. We would highly recommend that you give it a try. The only thing we needed to do was to change a few of the burned out lightbulbs in the dining area above the table. We replaced all of them. Thank you very much!

Great condo!

Incredibly hot outside ( near 100) but air con worked great! Only reason I’m not awarding 5 stars is due to really cheap linens (sheets and towels). I will book again though. Overall, great stay!
