Second Floor Two Bedroom @ Phoenix East

A pleasantly furnished and decorated two bedroom and two bathroom condo, this unit has all of the amenities you need to enjoy your beach vacation. The living area has plenty of room and high ceilings, and is comfortably furnished so you can relax. There is a big flat screen television, a DVD player, and a stereo system on a console. Your kitchen is equipped with all of the items you need to prepare meals, and a pair of wood stools is at the breakfast bar. Nearby are a table and six chairs, and you can dine on the balcony, where you will find a table with four chairs, plus great views. Both of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, with sinks, vanity counters, and bathtub and shower combinations. In the master bedroom suite is a king-size bed a flat screen television, and access to the balcony. Your guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and also a flat screen television.

Excellent beach view

Condo was nice and location was perfect but not sure if I would rent from Brett Robinson Realty again if something else is available, poor customer service.

The room I would say overall clean. There was a small stain on the sheet, not sure what it was. The dryer did not get clothes dry. Did not say anything the first-time I thought may have had too many towels in. This was not the case the next time still would not dry. The sliding door from the living room would not lock every time. Security knocked on the door day 2 to inform me we could not have anything hanging on the balcony. I had hung one pair of swim trunks and a shirt on a chair closer to wall NOT on the rail because like I said the dryer would not dry. I kindly apologized and removed them from the balcony. I told him I did not realize I could not have anything on a chair I thought it was just the rail. That night there were several balconies that had towels hanging from the rails. I just think this should apply to all guest not just me. Also could not enjoy sitting on my balcony because someone close was smoking cigarettes and cigars, everyday I was there. So again I think rules should be followed by all guest. I normally don’t complain and I would not have mentioned any of the negatives if the Karen had not been upset by 2 items hanging on a chair. Also I ask about animals being in the property and was informed the owners could have animals. If so the need to keep their dog from barking. Overall the room was nice, beach view was incredible, and the pool area was nice. The lady at the desk that checked me in was super nice and she was the same lady who checked me out.
