Welcome to #1098. We hope you will enjoy your stay in our condo and on our beautiful beach. Two couples, friends since middle school, have owned this unit for over 20 years. We love coming to the beach and hope you will love it too!
Our condo has large diagonally set tiles throughout the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. We have upgraded fans and comfortable furniture. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal and eat in. The pub height dining table will seat six and the expansive counter space can accommodate four more for meals. The living area has a queen size sofa bed, two recliners and a swivel rocker where you can relax and watch television. The view is spectacular!
The master bedroom has a king bed, seating area and a walk in closet as well as its own bathroom. The bathroom has recently been remodeled with a new granite countertop, tile, fixtures and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds and a very large closet and the third bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. There are televisions in all bedrooms.
There is a second full bathroom that has just been remodeled. It has new tile, granite countertop, fixtures and a new tub.
Our unit is on the southeast corner of the building so you can see the sunrise and the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Relax in our new balcony furniture while you enjoy the Gulf of Mexico and all its beauty.

*Please note: Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, which allows comfortable year-round swimming. Phoenix I is also a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
