Great place

The host was incredible and unfortunately we weren’t able to be there for early check in , the condo was ready early and that was a huge positive. There is nothing negative about this place or property. Would highly recommend this place to any family.

Regarding the room, maintenance is needed. There were too many small items to list, but here are a few that come to mind: several shoe moulding pieces not attached, chucks of baseboard busted off, spackling/paint needed to fill holes from pictures, Command Stripes hanging on walls, loose shower faucet handle (that was connected backwards), and latch going to balcony nearly impossible to rotate. We had to call maintenance for tub not draining, and there was broken dining room chair in unit.The dehumidifier was unplugged, and I found out why. I plugged it in, and it was so loud I immediately unplugged it.None of this is on the owner - it's just poor maintenance by the staff. The owner immediately ordered new dining seating while we were there.Most of the items mentioned are small things that did not affect our stay. I do a lot of maintenance so I noticed all of these small things. The unit is overall great with great high-end appliances and bedding.
