Sugar Beach is undergoing a 6-month concrete restoration and painting project.

This renovated studio condo in Orange Beach, Alabama, offers a pleasant indirect beach view from the balcony. It features a cozy queen-size bed and an Ikea sofa that transforms into a queen-size sleeper, accommodating up to two adults and one small child. Plenty of storage for such a small space. Bedframe has built in drawers. Large stack washer/dryer. A desk with a keyboard drawer and rolling chair are provided that allow you to work if needed from the condo.

Complex has 3 pools, one seasonally heated, plus a kiddie pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, and an in-season snack bar called the Sugar Shack. Truly a resort feel on the property! There is a security guard on site. Each reservation includes one parking pass good for the duration of your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailers can be parked at Sugar Beach.
