This beautifully updated three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps six guests and is perched on the second floor of Emerald Key, a low-density Gulf-front resort with only 18 units. Perfectly positioned on the east corner, this condo boasts panoramic views of the sugar-white sand and sparkling turquoise water, with unforgettable sunrises visible right from your private balcony.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and open living space designed for both relaxation and togetherness. The living room features a plush sofa and two cozy chairs—perfect for watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV or sharing stories after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare snacks, beach lunches or seafood feasts, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Just beside it, the dining area seats six, ideal for enjoying meals or playing cards late into the evening.

The spacious primary bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, private access to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities, granite countertops and a large combination tub and shower. Location is perfect for a beach vacation. Size of Condo is great for a family or multiple couples. But the condo is listed as under construction but didn’t specify what kind. The work is very loud to the point unbareble to stay in the room during 9-5 work hours. The condo had a very loud musty and mildew odor all over the condo and mold in the bathroom shower curtain.

Would have appreciated a few coffee filters, salt/pepper, and extra garbage bag, and more than 1 kitchen towel. All the other condos I’ve stayed at in ft meyers, Naples, had those items all there.Construction was going on and when I booked it wasn’t listed, when I looked couple weeks before trip I saw it on there. So unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool area/chairs until Good Friday when they weren’t working. Otherwise we loved the condo and great location! Beds super comfortable and loved the other furniture. Also 2 chairs on deck broke so we had call to get them replaced. Many restaurants close by and grocery stores too. We would come stay in this unit again.

The condo was lovely. It was right on the beach and the weather was perfect. Maintenance was being performed on the building, so every morning at 7:30 we were woken up to sounds of equipment being used right off of our balcony.

We enjoyed our stay. The location with the oceanview and pool is great! We rented this room and another one. They were both nice, but we did not like check out time of this one being at 9 am. The other one was 10 am. We also didn’t like that all dishes needed to be washed and put away. I paid a cleaning fee and I’ve usually just had to load the dishwasher (which is what the other rental in that complex required). Neither is a huge deal and we would stay here again. We will probably try to book 2 units that have a later checkout than 9 am.

Exactly what you see in pictures but even bigger than we were expecting. Location is great lots around to eat, shop & so close to the beach. Second floor is perfect. The place was very clean and fit our family of 5 very comfortably. Check in/out was easy, management is very responsive and communicates often. We will be back.

The condo was in a central location to restaurants and shopping. The condo was furnished cute. The bathrooms need some updating like the master bath and the toilet seats.One of the front bedrooms does not cool like the rest of the condo.The parking is not gated and you are not required to have a parking pass so it makes it a free for all.The beach can get a little crowded so make sure to set your umbrellas and chairs up early.They also have the beach set ups for a price.The price was good for what we got!!

Beautiful & spacey condo with great beach views

We really enjoyed this condo! It had much more space than the pics reflect and it is decorated so cute. The beds were cozy and comfortable It was very clean with plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc.The view of Orange beach was amazing. You can sit on the wrap around balcony and watch the sun come up in the AM and go down at night. It is centrally located and was not too crowded even though we were there over Easter week. We rented umbrella and chairs right in front of the condo on the beach. My only suggestion to guests is to bring your own spices, sugar, coffee/tea, salt, pepper, - those types of things as they didn't have any of those items that we typically see at VRBOs.Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great beach condo

Loved the spaciousness of this 3 bedroom condo. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins from the balcony. The beach was so close; it was an easy walk in the sand for my 75 year old mother. King size bed was so comfortable. Sliding doors in bedroom and living room did not lock though. Regardless I would come back for a fall beach stay.

Great family resort

Nice and peaceful unit , not overcrowded and packed in like some of the other properties in the area. Our overall experience was great, just had some very minor things which should have been addressed by the property management company, hopefully the property owner changes to a better management company.

The Good: Great location, spacious, great pool and beach. Vivian was great. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The Bad: advertised to sleep 8. Three bedrooms plus a sleeper soft. We booked this condo for a vacation with one of our adult children, and her family (spouse, 7 yr old, 4 year old and 20 month old) and my mom. The plan was for the three kids to sleep in a bedroom and their parents to sleep on sleeper sofa. However there is no sleeper sofa. Upon check-in I contacted the management company and inquired and was offered an air mattress. The toddler sleeps in a regular bed at home so we decided he could sleep with his parents and others could sleep on the sofa. Needless to say, no one slept the first night and I never heard back from the management company so we purchased an air mattress for the kids, in the bedroom with their parents. 2nd morning, 20 month old manages to open the front door because there is no way to lock door from inside. Thankfully we found him down the walkway, at the elevator. This is a HUGE safety issue and why two adults ended up sleeping on the floor, for the remainder of our trip so that the toddler would have to climb over them to be able to get to the door that doesn’t lock. Other than paying for a space to sleep 8 people and only getting a space to sleep 6, two adults sleeping on the floor,and our grandson being able to escape out a door that doesn’t lock, it was an ok space but I will tell everyone I know, to beware!

50th Shrimp Fest

The area is quiet. All units have beach view balconys. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores located close at hand. The unit had plenty of room for 8 people. Wouldn't feel cramped for space. We take our annual family vaction here and we all love it.

Emerald key vacation

Great location, easy beach access. Pool area was very nice, clean and loved by all. The condo does not have a dead bolt or any type child proof lock on door. Kids can escape extremely easy. There was a leak or runoff that kept the steps closest to our room slick as glass. Toddler Granddaughter and daughter in law both fell from the slick steps. The master bedroom ceiling fan and jetted tub didn’t work, plus we cleaned the master tub before using. Upon leaving we attempted to re-enter at 10:10am to remove final items from freezer and leave extra remote but code was already de-activated. We still enjoyed our stay, but for the price we expected better.

Love this quiet building!

Even during the height of spring break, we found peace and quiet at this lovely condo. We had no problem finding space at the beach and we’re a short walk or drive away from everything we needed. There was some revocation of the stairs going on when we were there but the noise didn’t last long and the great location and small building size made up for any inconvenience. Definitely would stay here again!!

Another Great Stay!

We always enjoy our stay at Emerald Key, as the location simply can't be beat. The communication with Crye Leike is exceptional, particularly since they are local to the area. (They even addressed a small issue personally on their day off due to New Years!) All details well explained, including check-out. And access to the unit via electronic key pad makes entry and security a breeze. They set the standard very high! Thanks for a wonderful stay and service!
