Third Floor Balcony on the Beach! Phoenix East **Splash Pad**

Take advantage of the amenities and features of this inviting 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Furnishings in the living area give you a chance to sit, chat, share a few drinks, or hang out after a day of fun, while you enjoy the wall-mounted flatscreen television and a combination DVD/VCR player.

The kitchen contains all the culinary tools you need to prepare meals ranging from snacks to full dinners, and a pair of metal stools is at the breakfast counter. You can also share meals at a table and six chairs in the dining area, or stroll to the balcony, which offers a new table with four chairs, as well as those fabulous views.

The bedrooms were recently upgraded with new furniture. Your master bedroom suite has a King-size bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen television, balcony access, and a bathroom with a sink, a long vanity counter, and a combined bathtub and shower. The guest room provides 2 Queen-size beds. Bathroom is similar to the one in the master.

Family vacation

We had a good time. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. However has to go down to get another coffee pot because top was missing and their were no sheets for the sleeper sofa so had to go down and get some.

Our trip was great but…..

Our trip was great. Our condo was great. However, our washer and dryer did not work the first 3 days we were there. We had to spend some of our vacation waiting on repair men to come and fix it and that sucked. Also, our refrigerator didn’t cook properly the first 24 hours that we were there. Other than these issues the condo was wonderful. It would have been nice to receive some of a refund for us wasting part of our trip with these problems and waiting on repair people.

Perfect family vacay!

We took 4 kids and 2 adults for a week at Orange Beach, and this unit was the perfect home away from home! Plenty of space, beautiful views of the beach from the couch, the bedroom, and the balcony. Hated to leave, but I know we will be back!
