It wasn’t the cleanest, We found a cockroach in the room. The carpet needs cleaning and also around the washer. Disappointed you did not have a Keurig coffee maker. We did love the view and the size of the condo. We also enjoyed the pool and beach access.

Love The location!!

Really enjoyed the quiet mornings watching the boats leaving the jetty! Wished they could’ve been less frugal on tissue and paper towels. I just wasn’t prepared but there is a Walmart and DG just up the road. A dust pan would’ve helped!

Family Fun Summer Vacation

Phoenix East is a wonderful property with great front desk staff. They had tennis, racquet ball, beach volleyball and shuffleboard. Equipement provided! Just sign it out at the front desk. The unit was a nice size with a incredible view of the Gulf and Perdido Pass. The only draw back was the kitchen stock. Very limit cooking utensils (no spatulas or big spoons), no big pots and the only medium one was missing the knob on the lid. Picky I know, but we cooked 3 out of our 6 nights.
