CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January and first half of February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Well, the main reason we pay more to stay at Tourquoise Place is the gas grill & hot tub on the balcony. We were highly disappointed to find out the grill no longer worked & we were loaned a small electric grill. We stayed at this same condo 2 years ago and dealt directly with the owner. I guess he sold it and it’s just not the same. Replace light bulbs & fix the tv in master bath. We did change batteries so thats not the problem.

Spacious condo!

We traveled for Spring Break with four adults and two teens, there was plenty of space for everyone! Loved the location right off the elevator. The condo is well appointed, we had everything we needed to cook “at home” for the week. Great communication from the rental company. Highly recommend this unit!!

Clean and beautiful!

I highly recommend this unit! We've stayed in a few other units at Turquoise Place, but this one was, by far, the cleanest we've ever stayed in! The interior was superior, too. The walls and ceilings are painted beautifully, and we especially appreciated the towel hanger right outside the master shower. Communication was as simple as sending a text message or making a phone call, and we always received a quick response. I will definitely be checking this unit for availability on our future visits!

PERFECTION

We had such an awesome time in this beautiful condo. Luxury at it’s best. The beds were all very comfortable, even the pillows. I normally take my pillow, but forgot it this time, but I have to say I didn’t miss it. The entire condo was very clean. There were 7 of us and the condo was large enough that we never felt crowded. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could possibly need, even to a large crockpot. The cookware was.extremely nice, and there was plenty of it. We loved having our own grill on our deck. We went to the awesome Joe Patti’s seafood market in Pensacola, and bought amberjack to grill, and had them steam some Royal Reds for us.. If you have never been to that market it is so worth going. We stopped at General and bought a cheap grill pan, since we were going to use it to blacken the fish on the grill. I didn’t want to use one in the condo, afraid it might ruin it. We returned to the condo with our treasures and believe me no restaurant could compare to our wonderful meal. We also used the grill for our brats and hotdogs. Some of our group made use of the wonderful hot tub that was on our deck. The host responded quickly to questions I had. We just thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this wonderful condo. It was just a perfect getaway to a perfect home away from home. Total comfort. Thanks for sharing this beautiful condo.

Best condo in orange beach!

We absolutely loved this condo and the resort! The hot tub on the balcony was amazing! The kids loved the heated lazy river! The condo was immaculate and quite roomy for a family of 6! We would definitely stay here again! The host responds in a timely manner and was available for any questions.

Beautiful accommodations

There were 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children, ages 3,6,6 and 11). We were there for a memorial service for my mother and the owner even left us a sympathy card. We had every utensil needed to create some meals to take to the Florabama for thanksgiving - hand mixer, blender and the pots and pans were high quality as well - for all the meals we had there. The jacuzzi on the porch was used day and night and the facility indoor pool/hot tubs/steamer/sauna/and lazy river (which is also heated) were a hit with all. The view is wonderful, the beach was amazing. The beds were all comfortable. The ability to wash and dry clothes/towels daily was helpful. My only complaint is that the facilities pools/hot tubs bleached out the color of all our swimsuits. But hey, if that’s the worse thing that happened then that’s pretty good! I would have enjoyed more comfortable porch chairs as we spent a lot of time out there and would have spent more time out there had the chairs been more accommodating. Oh! And a nice touch are all the labels on the light switches and the satellite station that also provided music. There were even hangers in the closets! Thank you! The place was pristine! Very well maintained and up to date.
