You will enjoy this family friendly and beachy condo! This two bedroom is fresh and colorful, with the comforts of home. The newly decorated master bedroom features a King-size bed with a tropical fish quilt and soothing turquoise walls to showcase it. There is a three-drawer media dresser with a 48-inch wall-mounted flatscreen TV with DVD/VHS, a dresser, mirror and nightstand with two fun lamps. There are floor-to-ceiling black out drapes in case you want to sleep in! The bath has wood cabinets with a Corian counter top and a tub/shower combination. In the second bedroom there is a relaxing sea shell theme with pale green walls. There is a yellow dresser and night stand, two double beds and a 42-inch flatscreen TV with DVD. The bath continues the shell theme and has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has green countertops and wood cabinets with white appliances and classic wallpaper.

There are two swivel bar stools at the counter. In the dining area is a white rattan glass-topped table, with four armchairs. In the newly decorated den is a Sunbrella covered sky blue and green striped sofa sleeper and two sky blue reclining chairs. There is a 55-inch wall-mounted flatscreen TV, with Blu-ray DVD/CD player. The outside deck closet has an array of beach toys for you to borrow. Lots of fun touches throughout for you to enjoy.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
