There were roaches in the room, the air conditioner is very loud , the breakfast was minimal at best ( no water to drink, no jam for toast etc-), the staff was not friendly - I’m not sure how this place got such good reviews? I’d skip this if at all possible. The price point of under 100$ seemed appealing - but turned out to be much more than it was worth- especially getting to share our space with the roaches .

Staff was very friendly, room was inexpensive, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and roaches were bad. The rooms look like they were recently renovated and they look very nice. If they were to just put some money into fumigation and eliminated all of the creepy crawlers then this would be the best place to stay in Orange city. As it stands, if you need a place to stay for the night on the cheap then this is it. I would not put my family in this lodging because of the infestation problem. Keeping the lights on at night will keep the bugs away in my experience.
