Our room had bed smell on the bathroom sink also i found some type of weird bugs shower very small and inconvenient to get in there also the carpets look old and dirty pillows terrible quality and this for the first room. Second room i ask for 1 king bed i was giving 2 bed quality of the beds terrible, carpets same thing the entrance and outside looks goods but the rooms i was giving were not for the price i pay also they should put on the hotel description how difficult its to get the shuttle and how long u have to wait to catch one.

The deposit on the room was $600 for my stay. That information was noy accessed easy when I booked. On the 4th night I went to take a bath and there was a huge cockroach in the bathtub alive. Gross! I paid way too much money for bugs.

Our hotel got canceled the day we arrived in town and we booked at Embassy Suites instead. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They made sure we had enough pillows and blankets and were accommodating for a last minute check in! We were glad we stayed! The breakfast was amazing as they even had an omelette making section. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to Disneyland and the convenience!

Staff was incompetent and unhelpful. Told us there was a shuttle to Disney and when we asked for info they mentioned they would just pick us up at the hotel and take us to to Disneyland. Instead, we found out it was a public bus we had to catch from the bus stop. Staff also did not have a room ready when we arrived but promised to call us when ready and didnt. We had to call multiple times after check in to check status and finally called at 5pm when we were informed it was ready- they didnt call us. We asked for Shampoo 3 times during our stay and never got it. We had to use our own. We also asked for a crib and were told it would be delivered but had to call down 2 more times over a 6 hr time span to get the crib. The staff was uniformed and unhelpful. I would never stay here again.

Breakfast good. Staff are friendly. Love the pillows. I wonder what kind of pillows they have so I could buy 1 for me. Short vaca that we didn't soak in the pool.
