2nd elevator didn’t work and so it was hard to get our bell cart in the elevator we waited forever. So we ended up carrying all our luggage into elevator. Everyone was using the only elevator working it was a mess in the morning to even get Down for breakfast

Housekeeping was very poorly done. Room would not get cleaned, or when they did, no fresh towels or remove dirty coffee cups. Garbage would stack up near the elevators and not get picked up regularly. We booked 3 rooms for 8 days, will not return.
