Place was empty when I checked in. From 8 pm to 1:30 a.m. every room near me was filled. Listened to the noise talking, loud trucks, horns. Why put everyone so close together when other rooms were available? Barely slept. Got up and left at 5:15 a.m. Twelve hours here was long enough

I arrived around 11 pm and got an room 204 in which the HVAC was set to OFF by Mgt./cleaning staff so the room was ice cold. Also there a 1/8" gap on the entire door so you can feel the 35 degree air outside blowing in. Cheap mgt. results in freezing cold room with an underpowered HVAC unit. It took over 4 hours of running the heat to reach 70 degrees. It wasn't a good experience as a result.

Check-in was great. The staff member was very friendly and efficient. I appreciated being asked my preference of first or second floor. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The pillows were a little too firm for our taste, but it's hard to please everyone on that.
