Bathroom clean. Key didn’t work to get into room, and room was an outside entrance. So I had to reload my pets to drive back around to the entrance. She couldn’t get the key to work either so had to give me another room. She was also clearly scared of my sweet elderly border collie. Pet friendly hotels shouldn’t hire people who are uncomfortable around animals.

The room was clean and on the ground floor which made access for two 80+ seniors much easier although that was just a luck of the draw for us, as our age was never a question in our stay request. The continental breakfast was very meager to say the least. We declined partaking and had to purchase a more acceptable food elsewhere.

I would give this a ten but i ignored other reviews about the pillows. We barely slept and have stiff necks this morning. Its a great hotel, wonderful staff, clean, safe quiet but the hard lumpy square that is supposed to be a pillow was horrible

It was fine for a one night stay. The pillows for the king size bed were the size of throw pillows and flattened very quickly. There was a hole in the bathroom door that looked like someone had punched it. Shower head was meh. But for the price, it was fine for a one night stay.
