First room had roaches,The room they moved us to was dirty cobwebs in the corner by A/C ,room smelled like onions from food left in trash can and they had a used bar of soap on the sink!

The room was in decent condition; however, there was a slightly musty smell, due to it being an older hotel. It’s fair to say there were two events going on this weekend that caused hotels to be sold out in the area. I booked and paid for my double bed room in advance but actually received a room with a King bed and a sleeper sofa. I was disappointed and continue to not understand why what I requested, booked and paid for was not honored. It was booked based on what the system said was available. When I mentioned it to staff as I was leaving, the receptionist at the desk was friendly and apologetic and named that the room with a sofa bed was an intentional compromise.
